Mollie is a marketing and branding maverick who solves the toughest brand problems with her sleeves rolled up. An experienced leader, passionate about growing brands and diverse strategic talent, Mollie is a creative-first strategic thinker.
Mollie is CSO at FCB Chicago. Prior to joining, she was Head of Strategy at MullenLowe and Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Also, Mollie previously spent more than two years with TBWA\Media Arts Lab, where she was promoted to Global Group Strategy Director for its only client, Apple. In that role, she led global strategy for the world’s most valuable company’s product launches, including those tied to new iPhone, iPad and Mac models as well as larger brand communications work. Launching the original “Shot on iPhone” campaign, Mollie earned several awards, including Cannes Lions, ANDYs and Effies.
Earlier in her career, Mollie held brand strategy positions at Hill Holliday (Bank of America, Merrell, etc.), Wieden+Kennedy (Delta, Nike, etc.), Boston’s Modernista! and Venables Bell & Partners. She also works to mentor up-and-coming strategists as a member of Loyola University’s School of Communication’s curriculum board.
She’s been awarded multiple times at Cannes Lions, One Show, D&AD, Webby Awards, Advertising Week, Nike Global Maxims, REGGIE Gold Award, Creativity, 4A’s O’Toole Award for Creative Excellence, TED Global.
