Marc joined FCB Chicago in 2020 to lead the agency’s newly formed Strategic Inclusion department, where he is responsible for all diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives within FCB as they relate to the workforce, the workplace and the creative output of the agency. Over his 15-year tenure as a strategist, Marc has used his strategic acumen and intimate knowledge of the multicultural space to help build dozens of blue-chip brands across a number of global agencies. Marc’s passion for bringing multicultural values and insights to the mainstream has driven him to lead the development of “Upstream Inclusion” — FCB’s unique proprietary process to help businesses create more inclusive work. During his time at FCB, Marc has been able to lead the implementation of the process across the office’s portfolio of existing brands, including Fortune 100 giants Walmart and Kimberly-Clark. Upstream Inclusion has also been embedded into the agency’s new business engine and has played an integral role in the acquisition of several recent additions to FCB’s client roster.
A husband and father of two, Marc finds his greatest joy spending time with his family and their 140-lb Bullmastiff, Deacon.
