As Director of Global Communications & Content, Em works closely with Global Chief Comms Officer Martina Suess to strengthen FCB’s reputation as a global creative powerhouse.

Em joined FCB in February 2024 from VML (formerly Wunderman Thompson) where she was Global Communications & PR, Senior Manager, responsible for co-ordinating and managing PR activity and outreach across the network. As part of her role, she worked closely with the global creative excellence team and chief creative officers to devise a process to make Wunderman Thompson’s work famous. This included tracking and PRing campaigns across multiple markets, and even looking after the illustrious “mammoth meatball” in Cannes to ensure it fulfilled all of its speaking obligations around the Festival that year.

She started her career at an independent PR agency in Sydney, working across a variety of B2B clients in the advertising and marketing space, before moving to London in 2017 for a global comms role at MullenLowe Group – where her love for agency comms began.

Outside of work, you can find her running, reading, or attempting to perfect her favorite drink, the margarita… Straight up, with salt.
