With over 20 years of experience, Ana Noriega joined FCB Mexico in 2015 and was promoted to Chief Creative Officer four years later. Since taking on this role, she has led the creative team to develop ideas under the global philosophy of “Never Finished.” The past few years have been pivotal in her career, particularly during the pandemic. Under her leadership, the agency secured two of its most significant accounts, increasing its staff by more than 200%: BMW Group for Mexico/Latam in 2020 and Little Caesars at the regional level in 2021. Furthermore, in 2021, during the post-pandemic recovery, Ana oversaw 40 launches, winning 30 of them. Ana has collaborated with renowned advertising agencies such as Ogilvy & Mather, Leo Burnett, and BBDO, creating campaigns for local, regional, and global brands, including Bissú, BMW, SC Johnson, Little Caesars, among others. Her career also includes serving as a jury member at numerous regional and international advertising festivals. She participated in Effie Latam in 2020, LBB’s Immortal Awards in 2021 and 2023, One Show in 2021 and 2023, FIAP in 2021, D&AD in 2021 and 2023, and Círculo Creativo de México in 2021 and 2023. She also contributed to Ad Stars in 2021 and 2023, La Vara in 2021, and El Ojo de Iberoamérica in 2021, where she served as Jury President in 2023. Ana has been part of Gerety Awards in 2022 and 2024, Lux Awards in 2022, and Clio Awards in 2022 and 2024. Additionally, she was an on-site jury member at Cannes Lions in 2022. In 2023, she participated in Volcan and served as Jury President for both El Ojo de Iberoamérica and Círculo Creativo. Looking ahead, Ana continues her contributions as a jury member at Andys in 2024 and 2025, Ciclope in 2024, and Condor in 2024. Ana was recognized as one of the “Leading Women 2021” by Ad Age/Adlatina and, in 2022, was named one of the 100 most creative Mexicans in the world by Forbes magazine. Throughout her career, she has won numerous awards at national and international advertising festivals, including Cannes Lions, One Show, Effie Latam, FIAP, Sol de Iberoamérica, Yahoo Big Idea Chair, and Círculo Creativo de México. One of her most notable achievements was leading the campaign “Cuartos Vacíos” (Empty Rooms), considered the most impactful in Mexico, which resulted in the recovery of a missing minor.
